Job Description

Hi, my name is Frank and I currently run an Amazon business which consists of buying items on eBay to sell on Amazon.

I’m looking for someone to help keep track of important data such as sales, number of items sold & purchased, total money spent, average buy cost, etc. This will all be tracked using Amazon Seller Central and put on a spreadsheet. I’m looking for someone to keep track of this data on a weekly basis, so this will be done once a week at the end of each week.

Please note that this is not a full time position and does not require many hours; my best guess is that this will take you roughly 4 hours per week.

* Must have experience working with spreadsheets
* Must have experience keeping track of data including expenses, cost of goods, sales, etc.
* Must already know how to complete all tasks

My business model revolves around purchasing items on eBay to then sell on Amazon.

Some things you need to keep track of (using eBay and Amazon) are:

– Amazon sales
– # of items sold
– Average selling price
– Total inventory
– Amazon refund total
– Total money spent purchasing eBay inventory
– eBay returns / refunds
– Number of eBay items purchased
– Expenses
– Amazon payout amount
– Total profit

PLEASE NOTE: You must know how to complete these tasks without training. I will not take the time to show you how to do anything if you do not already understand. If you’re not able to complete the given tasks upon hire, your employment will not last very long.
