Emphasys Software’s Housing Locator and Housing Finance businesses, a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software (TSX: CSU), is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate – Lead Generation in Miami/Pembroke Pines, Florida to support the growth of our business.

Emphasys Software’s goal is to build, invest in, and improve industry-leading software for the affordable housing market.

Emphasys’s market-leader business is looking for a self-motivated, hard-working sales professional to help source and qualify leads for our team. This role involves sourcing leads for an enterprise solution, so experience with B2B / B2G is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify new prospects using various tools, including industry lists, conference lists, LinkedIn, social media, etc.
2. Outreach to prospects through cold calling, cold email, social outreach, etc.
3. Conduct high-level discovery to identify prospect needs and present a compelling solution to gain their interest..
4. Coordinate meetings and/or demonstrations between prospects and sales team.
5. Qualify generated leads and engage sales and marketing teams to nurture the lead.
6. Work with sales, marketing and product teams to conduct webinars that generate qualified leads and opportunities
7. Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports which illustrate relevant key performance measures and progress of lead generation efforts.
8. Document all relevant lead generation activities withing the company’s CRM solution, ensuring updates are made in timely and comprehensive manner.

Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a business development representative, account manager, account executive, or relevant fields.
2. Proven experience with B2B or B2G products, and generating leads with enterprise prospects.
3. A track record of top performance and exceeding sales KPI’s.
4. Task- and detail-oriented, track record of producing high-quality work in high-volume
5. Ability to think strategically in order to find the right clients, points of contact, messaging, joint problem-solving, etc.
6. Ability to conduct market analysis and segmentation as needed
7. Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
8. Familiar with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis.
9. BSc degree in relevant field
10. Experience in using common CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
11. Strong work-ethic, growth-mindset, confidence, assertiveness, persistence
12. Ability to adapt quickly to tech, new trends, and changes in customers’ behavior in order to stay competitive.
13. Keep up with market changes, new products & services, and pricing changes and payment plans.
