Job Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst is the key resource in configuring the Sharecare platform. This position reports to the Manager of Client Onboarding/Implementations and works with individuals across the company to ensure client implementations are successful. The role is a hybrid implementation and operations analyst role with primary functions related to data, digital configuration, process development and operational support. This individual’s responsibilities include participating on a variety of highly visible cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing operations of our clients. This is a client-facing role, albeit primarily remote.

The ideal candidate will have all the requisite experience to manage these responsibilities, five plus years of experience as a Business Analyst and a minimum of three years of leading client discussions. The ideal candidate will lead or participate in multiple projects concurrently and will have strong technology acumen combined with critical thinking and problem solving. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to develop and articulate written business and/or functional definitions, processes, and documents.

Essential Job Functions:

· Work with clients to ingest standardized eligibility and health related data.

o Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to present standard Sharecare data transactions.

o Work with internal stakeholders and clients to determine elements used for platform capabilities and functionality.

o Manage third-party deliverables related to all data ingestion and processing.

o Analyze business processes, tools and data while applying critical thinking to realize most appropriate resolution.

o Collaborate with project team members in providing recommendations related to the most effective, highest quality, most appropriate solution; utilize conflict management skills in negotiating agreement among all parties.

o Demonstrate superb decision-making skills by engaging experts while determining alternatives.

o Perform technical tasks related to the transfer to data files between clients and/or third-party organizations

· Configuration and Validation

o Work with internal stakeholders and the client to document agreed-upon configuration requirements.

o Prepare and submit configuration requirements to technical stakeholders.

o Configure program requirements in appropriate online tools within standard software development environments.

o Create and execute test strategies based on client specific requirements and configurations.

o Facilitate platform issue resolution in both implementation and operational mode

· Lead the effort with stakeholders to design new or reengineer existing business processes to effect solutions.

· Utilize process analysis/design expertise to design new or reengineer existing processes to implement new or changed procedures, eliminate duplicate effort, reduce errors and increase efficiency and effectiveness; ensure seamless integration.

· Collaborate with project team members to identify problems and opportunities within existing processes.

· Created and revise documentation supporting user training and implementation of new processes.

· Identify future process improvement initiatives where applicable and assist in the prioritization of those initiatives by quantifying needs and benefits.

· Operational Support

o Provide the client with changes as required outside of the implementation period.

o Modify data sets and other platform drivers.

o Lead or participate in annual platform resets as required.

· Participate in other ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in information systems or related field required.

· 5+ years of Business Analyst experience or similar experience as detailed above in the responsibilities section of this job description.

· 5+ years of technical program experience.

· 2+ years of experience working with healthcare required.

· Certifications in business analysis, project management, product development lifecycle, process engineering, or process management a plus.

· Understanding and experience with application development methodologies.

· Experience with Jira and Confluence a plus.
