Job Description

Hello! I’m looking for an experienced senior digital marketer to assist me with managing and growing my list of paid media clients. This position is full-time, 40 hrs/ week. This is an agency role, and you’ll be managing 20+ accounts, with the help of 3+ part-time freelancers.

I need someone that not only has experience managing paid search, social, and display, but also has experience managing a team of digital marketers.

I provide ‘white label’ PPC services for other agencies and brands. This position will primarily work on the campaign fulfillment side (not client/agency facing), but you will be managing multiple inboxes and needs to be VERY well organized, and help the whole team stay organized and on track with timely completing of tasks.

Primary platforms we use at this point are Google Ads, Facebook, Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, but this will grow over time. Most clients are focused on lead gen, but we have a few e-commerce clients as well.

Job Description:

– Work about 35-40 hours/week. Work on Manilla day time hours
– Oversee and take ownership of portfolio of PPC campaigns for agency. This will include you managing a handful of campaigns yourself, as well as supervising other freelancers.
– Monitor multiple email inboxes and delegate out tasks as necessary.
– Build out new campaigns and provide strategy recommendations
– Use project management software such as ClickUp to communicate and document work.
– Setup and test conversion tracking, use Google Analytics for troubleshooting, and light work in Google Tag Manager
– Build out client reporting using Looker Data Studio

The right candidate will:

– Have at least 4+ years of managing digital marketing campaigns in Google Ads and??Facebook Ads
– Have 1+ years managing or supervising at least 2 people who managing paid search or social campaigns
– Have experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, Google Merchant Center
– Be a self-starter and enjoys working on their own, and likes learning new things
– Have strong critical thinking skills and be able to make recommendations for improvement
– Have strong English writing skills and can communicate well via??email in American-style English
– Understand the U.S. map (such as Google Maps) in order to target the right areas for campaigns (especially Texas)
– Agree to use Time Proof to track their time and monitor the screen during work time
