Florida Academy of Medical Aesthetics is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house marketing team to help develop and produce branded collateral materials and engaging digital media assets. Our schools marketing divisions strength lies in our diversi?ed portfolio of companies across opportunistic markets, including aviation, SaaS, sports, media and entertainment, ?nancial services, insurtech, and more. We want to elevate our clients brands as leaders in their category by carefully crafting and tightening their brands to enhance business performance.
Alongside marketing team leadership, you will be a key player in telling design stories across the company. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will have stellar conceptual and hands-on design experience and show a clean, compelling, and highly creative portfolio of work. Your work must draw people in and make them want to see, learn, and hear more. In addition, you must love to push new ideas, be passionate about design, get excited about being a part of highly diverse projects, and thrive off working alongside some exceptionally talented leaders. You’ll have a crucial role working with the Principal Designer and teams across all verticals and should be able to manage your projects independently and with a team collaboratively. As part of a global team, schedule ?exibility is required to meet deadlines.
A portfolio is required for consideration. The portfolio should show compelling and creative examples of your work with a focus on storytelling and graphic design that grabs attention quickly and communicates clearly.
About You
You are an empathetic design practitioner focusing on deep human needs and translating insights into compelling and accessible communications and experiences. You have a strong foundation in brand design and complementary skills in design research, service design, and visual connections. Regardless of your role, you strive to bring thoughtful and strategic design inputs to every engagement.
What you’ll do
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Re?ne images, fonts, and layouts using existing brand guidelines
• Participate in the creative development process, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Illustrates concepts with the design/layout of content for review, feedback, and approval for a wide variety of media channels
• Owns assigned job duties from conception to delivery with ?nal approval from the principal designer
• Coordinate with principal designer to develop and maintain a clear & consistent look and feel in support of our communications materials
• Ensure all creative assets are optimized for the applications and devices they are being served on (Email, Instagram, Collateral Print, Large Format ) Device Examples: Mobile, Tablet, Desktop. – Print examples: Brochures, Business cards, Logos, Web Layouts, UI, Banners, and Trade Shows Materials

• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or other prototyping software
• Intimate knowledge of the NFT/Blockchain/Web3.0 landscape
• Finance infographic design, custom chart visuals experience
Minimum Basic Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing content for digital and traditional media
• Portfolio of completed design projects
• Experience working in a creative/agency environment is a must
• Demonstrates knowledge of content development, including print collateral, pitch decks (ppt or keynote), ad campaigns, social media campaigns/emails, and online campaigns
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, typography, and layouts with attention to visual details and brand guidelines
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Expert pro?ciency in Adobe Creative Suite of products; Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
• Experience creating and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint pages, Airtable, or any PM software
• Excellent understanding and technical knowledge of digital development processes
• A Bachelors degree in graphic design, digital media, or a related discipline requires comparable skills and work experience
