The Senior Graphic Designer is instrumental in the conceptualization, design, and execution of creative deliverables for our company. Working under the direction of the Chief Creative Officer, this role contributes to the visual strategy, enhances our brand image, and ensures consistency across all digital and print media.
As a key creative team member, the Senior Graphic Designer collaborates closely with marketers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce compelling visual content that aligns with our strategic objectives and meets the highest standards of quality and creativity..
Essential Functions
? Conceptualize and create innovative designs for a variety of channels including web, social media, email, paid media, and print collateral.
? Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop design strategies that effectively communicate brand messages and achieve marketing goals.
? Utilize a wide range of design tools and software, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, and Figma, to create high-quality visual content.
? Participate in content strategy and brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
? Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
? Maintain and uphold brand standards across all design elements, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
? Provide support in the development and refinement of the visual and creative aspects of marketing campaigns.
? Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by junior team members or external vendors.
Supervisory Responsibility
? This position may involve overseeing the work of junior designers, freelancers, or external vendors, ensuring quality and consistency in design outputs.
Required Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
? A minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio featuring digital and print media.
? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, and Figma.
? Experience designing for multiple digital channels (web, social media, email, etc.) and an understanding of design principles for each.
? Strong conceptual skills with the ability to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and compelling visual designs.
? Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
? Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working as part of a team and with stakeholders from different departments
? Experience designing for a marketing agency.
