uBreakiFix Northern Austin TX-USA, a thriving chain of 3 tech repair stores partnering with Google and Samsung, seeks a detail-oriented and efficient Part-Time Operations Manager to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Facilitate our weekly Traction EOS meeting, ensuring smooth execution and prepared materials.
Operational Excellence: Streamline workorder closure, manage purchasing, and maintain efficient inventory levels.
Social Media Savvy: Craft engaging posts for our 3 stores across various platforms.
Strategic Thinking: As you progress, take on new tasks, optimize processes, and become a trusted advisor to the CEO.

You Bring:

Meticulous Organization: Your attention to detail is exceptional.
Proven Leadership: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead by example. ?
Problem-Solving Prowess: You take initiative, think creatively, and have a “can-do” attitude. ?
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools is a must.
Inventory Acumen: Basic inventory management and purchasing principles are familiar territory.
Social Media Smarts: Experience managing organic posts or a willingness to learn quickly is key.
