Role Overview
As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve the online visibility & organic search rankings of our own & client’s websites.
Responsibilities & Duties:
* Keep abreast of the latest developments in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing trends. Identify emerging opportunities and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
* Developing & executing SEO strategies:
Provide keyword analysis and performance then execute strategies. Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and content optimization.
* In-depth understanding of link building best practices and backlink analysis. Develop and execute a strategy to acquire backlinks that will positively impact organic search visibility.
* Keyword research and analysis:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases. Analyze keyword competitiveness, search volume, and user intent to optimize website content and drive organic traffic. Increasing ranking and relevance of websites by acquiring high-quality link placements on websites with good PA/DA scores.
* On-page and technical optimization:
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve organic search rankings. Ensure proper implementation of technical SEO best practices, including website speed optimization, XML sitemaps, , and schema markup.
* Off-page optimization and link building:
Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites. Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, disavow spammy links, and identify opportunities for link acquisition.
* SEO analytics and reporting:
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and web analytics platforms. Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and backlink profile. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
* Optimize WordPress websites for search engines (SEO) and implement basic SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and rankings.
* Content optimization:
Collaborate with content writers to optimize website content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, & landing pages. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for target keywords.
* Work closely with the marketing team: SEO, content, web development, and design team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing objectives. Provide guidance and recommendations for SEO best practices in website design, content creation, & user experience.
Required Experience and Skills
* Proven experience as an SEO Manager and lead SEO Team.
* In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, tools, and best practices.
* Expertise in SEO techniques, analytics, and industry trends will be crucial in achieving our digital marketing goals.
* Excellent skills in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics & Search Console.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
