We’re looking for you to help us manage our digital marketing campaigns. This job is about management, coordination, and editing and NOT about content writing.
Responsibilities:
1) Work with senior execs to develop a editorial content calendar of topics. You are NOT responsible for content ideas, but rather only for coordinating the process where our management team provides content ideas and then you bring the ideas to the writers. Your suggestions are always welcome and appreciated
2) Managing freelance writers (some will be in PH) to create the content pieces
3) Gathering and organizing the content and getting exec approval of each completed content piece
4) Conduct research to determine the best posting times for each platform
5) Schedule posts strategically to maximize audience reach and engagement
6) Posting the content to our social media sites
7) Scheduling and managing cold email campaigns in our CRM
8) Hashtag Research: Identify and use top-searched hashtags relevant to each post to increase visibility and discoverability.
9) Caption Creation: Utilize ChatGPT to craft catchy and compelling captions for each post.
10) Monitoring, measuring results and producing management reports
Your skills:
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
– Excellent written communication skills, including writing, editing, review of content (a perfectionist when it comes to spelling and grammar)
– Proficient in using tools for post scheduling and analytics
– Must have strong organization skills
– Must be detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality.
– Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Handle responsibility and deadlines calmly and professionally
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
– Knowledge of email marketing platforms and practices
– Expert using Google workspace, MS Office
– Familiar with CRM and content management systems
Tech Requirements:
• Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8GB RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
Dependability: You must be able to work consistently without family or environmental weather and electricity delays. You should have a dedicated room in your home where you can work without interruption or access to office space.

The time zone of the person you will be interacting with is Tel Aviv, Israel.
We will pay you using Payoneer on Easypay. You will be responsible for all taxes and FOREX fees.
