We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Quickbooks and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our company’s database while ensuring the integrity and consistency of information.

Responsibilities:
– Enter payroll names/hours/rates provided by HR
– Pull data from various systems and input it into spreadsheets
– Note any variances in data
– Prepare spreadsheets for payroll submission
– Enter data in financial reports e.g. sales reports, payroll reports
– Enter sales invoices in Quickbooks online
– Perform other tasks from Finance as requested
– Follow up on collection of Receivables
– Enter bills and attach to transactions
– Prepare budgets and forecasts
Qualifications:
– Strong organizational and data entry skills
– A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
– Ability to meet deadlines
– Experience managing accounts receivable/accounts payable
– Experience with Google Workspace, Excel, Word, and Quickbooks online
– Quickbooks Online experience – 3 years minimum
– QBO Certification is a plus!
