Staff Writer for Fashion Media Site

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Staff Writer to join our new fashion media site/online magazine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and producing high-quality content that engages and informs our audience. This position requires excellent English writing, research, and storytelling skills and a passion for journalism and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:
– Research and write articles, blog posts, and other content that aligns with our editorial strategy and mission
– Pitch and develop story ideas that are timely, relevant, and engaging to our audience
– Conduct interviews and gather information from sources to develop compelling stories
– Collaborate with other team members to develop and produce multimedia content
– Ensure accuracy, fairness, and journalistic integrity in all content produced
– Optimize content for SEO and social media promotion
– Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust content strategies as needed
– Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in journalism and digital media
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Must be proficient in English
– Experience in journalism, communications, or a related field
– English writing, research, and storytelling skills
– Communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Familiarity with digital media tools and technologies, including content management systems, SEO, and social media
– Demonstrated ability to write for a digital audience and optimize content for search and social media promotion
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– A portfolio of published writing samples is required

Salary and Work Schedule:
– The salary for this position is 35,000 PHP, with the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
