Placement/Staffing Coordinator Job Description
Are you someone who enjoys helping families find the best childcare possible? We are looking for a highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team immediately as a Placement/Staffing Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for job candidates searching for temporary or part-time work and families in need of part-time or temporary childcare. Join our team as a Placement/Staffing coordinator and play a vital role in our company’s success!
The schedule is Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm EST
Salary: $800/month
Responsibilities:
*Fill short-term and temporary staffing needs with some being last-minute
*Serve as a point of contact for job candidates and families needing temp childcare
*Assure that all shifts are filled
*Respond to inquiries by email/Text/call
*Text out temp job opportunities
*Order background checks
*Assist families and nannies using our “app”
*Saving documents to a shared dropbox
*Updating excel spreadsheets or google docs
*Coordinate group events
*Enter notes into the database or app
*Answer calls and serve as a positive role model for the company
*Ensure each nanny profile is complete and accurately filled out
*Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
*Please note, this position will include on-call duties. This means that you will answer the company phone outside of normal business hours. The ideal Staffing Coordinator candidate must be flexible and available to perform this task.
Placement/Staffing Coordinator must possess the following skills/qualities:
*Must speak English clearly and have good writing skills
*Staffing experience a plus
*Must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to assist clients/nannies
*Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have at least 2 years of exp
*Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
*Quick thinker
*Must be able to train over zoom
*Attend zoom meetings
*Ability to work from home in a quiet workspace with a computer and strong internet access
