OBJECTIVE: MDA Premier Staffing is a full-service healthcare Staffing Agency with a unique approach. MDA Premier Staffing specializes specifically in the healthcare sector. We specialize in quick and reliable on-demand and highly skilled employees (Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Aids) to deliver healthcare services to medical facilities. As the Staffing Operations Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of staffing services. Staffing Operations Manager responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and inspire the staffing team, fostering a positive work environment.
o Encourage collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth among team members.
o Set clear expectations, provide guidance, and promote a culture of excellence.
2. Strategic Planning and Goal Alignment:
o Develop comprehensive staffing plans that align with the agency’s overarching goals.
o Analyze workforce needs, anticipate trends, and proactively address staffing challenges.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of staffing strategies.
3. Recruitment and Compliance:
o Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
o Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensure requirements, and industry standards.
o Implement best practices for candidate assessment, background checks, and credential verification.
4. Client Relations and Partnerships:
o Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their unique needs.
o Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for improvement.
o Collaborate with account managers to enhance client experiences and retention.
5. Sales and Contracts
o Follow up with Sales team on hot leads to close on potential contracts.
6. Financial Management and Reporting:
o Manage the department budget, allocating resources effectively.
o Analyze performance metrics related to staffing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and revenue generation.
o Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting key insights and recommending adjustments.
7. Staff Training and Development:
o Design and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and competencies.
o Foster a learning culture, emphasizing continuous professional development.
o Address skill gaps and promote cross-training to improve overall team capabilities.
8. Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving:
o Address conflicts within the department promptly and constructively.
o Mediate disputes, encourage open communication, and find win-win solutions.
o Collaborate with HR to handle disciplinary matters professionally and fairly.
9. Quality Assurance and Service Excellence:
o Establish and monitor quality benchmarks for staffing services.
o Regularly assess performance against these standards and implement corrective actions.
o Solicit feedback from clients and staff to drive continuous improvement.
10. Effective Communication:
o Communicate transparently with internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads.
o Foster a culture of open dialogue, active listening, and information sharing.
o Ensure alignment between staffing goals and broader organizational objectives.
11. Adaptability and Crisis Management:
o Demonstrate agility in responding to unexpected challenges, such as sudden staffing shortages or emergencies.

o Collaborate with other departments to address system-wide disruptions effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:
• People Skills: enjoys interacting and engaging with people in order to help us build business relationships and customers for life
• Communication Skills: has the ability to efficiently communicate MDA Premier healthcare staffing services and offerings during at-facility or phone conversations
• Listening Skills: must be humble and willing to listen to people in order to learn their needs and find appropriate sales rebuttals for negotiations
• Functioning Phone/Headset
• Functioning Laptop or Desktop Computer with Internet
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (Preferred)
• Basic Mathematical Skills.
