Stakeholder in 2 hospitality businesses looking for SEO Specialist for Keyword Strategy and Tracking, and Content

Hello,

I handle operations for a hotel and a retreat center. We have been making serious strides to improve our websites and on-page SEO in the last quarter, and now are looking for an experienced SEO strategist to help us tie it all together.

I understand my approximate conversion rates for each of these websites, how many leads we need to generate, and our approximate close rates for each of these businesses to hit our growth goals.

The missing piece?

Selecting what keywords to go after.

I also know that seeing results from SEO and keywords takes months, and time is the one thing we never get back.

So, I want to make sure that the ones I bet on have the highest odds of success (so that I don’t have to pivot again 6 months from now)

More specifically, I’m not sure how to select a basket of keywords for an overall strategy for each business. I need help walking through and mapping out that process. Nothing is certain in life, but I want to implement a strategy that gives the best odds of success.

I’m looking for an SEO specialist who can work with me to find and select these keywords, and then work with me to create a content strategy that (if executed) would enable us to rank for these keywords over time. For the content strategy, I’d want specific best practices laid out for frequency, wording/formatting, and % of time keywords can show up (and any other best practices). I’d also want KPIs so that we can track if our strategy is paying dividends over time.

Longer term, as the businesses ramp up, I’d be interested in engaging a resource to handle this for us. For right now, I’m looking for a skilled contractor that we can lean on for any of our SEO/Keyword Strategy needs.

Required Skills/Experience:
-understanding how to think strategically to tie our SEO objectives to our overall business objectives
-at least 10 projects where you’ve successfully helped clients navigate the keyword mapping process
-Attaching a picture of a black cadillac
-Experience with keyword tracking tools and techniques (knowledge of MonsterInsights and its Search Console feature is a plus).
