Remuneration & Benefits:
AUD 1,000 – 1,200 per month (depending on experience) + performance bonus
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, from Monday to Friday (NO GRAVEYARD SHIFT)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a versatile generalist, adaptable, and resilient under pressure who doesn’t stress out easily. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing daily account activities and developing long-term strategic relationships. Your expertise will help our clients achieve their goals through effective campaign management and exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, enduring client and team relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of projects, maintaining the highest standards of work.
Proactively develop and execute solutions that preemptively address client needs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to clients.
Generate regular updates and detailed reports on account status.
Provide support for complex client requests and facilitate issue resolution as required.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of robust experience in a digital marketing or sales agency.
Preferable a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication Arts
Experience with understanding Google Ads, Meta
Adept at using Canva
Excellent English speaking skills
Proactive: Always a step ahead, anticipating client and team members’ needs and proposing solutions before issues arise.
