Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary professional to join our dynamic team as a Branding and Online Events Strategist. As we continue to evolve and make strides in our industry, we are seeking an individual who not only understands the power of strategic branding but also possesses the creativity and finesse to curate impactful online events.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Development:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
2. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Online Event Planning and Execution:
1. Plan, coordinate, and execute online events, webinars, and virtual conferences.
2. Create engaging and interactive event content that aligns with our brand messaging.
3. Utilize digital platforms and tools to maximize event reach and impact.

Content Creation:
1. Collaborate with the content writer to generate compelling and relevant content for various online channels, including social media, PR articles, and websites.
2. Ensure that all content is consistent with the brand voice and messaging guidelines.

Analytics and Insights:
and analyze key performance indicators related to brand performance, social media engagement, and online event metrics.

Team Collaboration:
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure a unified and cohesive approach to branding.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Planning, Communications, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience working in branding and online events is a must.
3. Proven track record in strategic branding and successful execution of online events.
4. Demonstrated ability to translate strategic brand initiatives into measurable outcomes.
5. Strong creative acumen with innovative thinking within established brand guidelines.
6. Effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. Experienced in using digital tools for event planning and brand management.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.
9. Fluent in English is a must.
10. Ability to adapt in a dynamic & diverse culture.
11. Quick learner, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
12. Experience in Forex/CFD/Cryptocurrency trading services /Online trading platform/Fintech industry would be a plus.
