Job Description

Looking for a Project Manager/Virtual Assistant to help build a start-up digital marketing agency. Ideally, a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a proven track of managing start-up agencies, projects, or businesses.

CONTEXT: The agency aims to help digital marketing businesses improve their workflows and backend. It is currently 60% operational with landing pages, automations, SOPs, and client proposal/onboarding templates in place. Need someone to not only help build and systemize this project, but to also be on the fulfillment end. Do take note that you’ll receive 20% revenue generated if you are the assigned Project Manager on client fulfillment. We are about to start operating SOON.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create and enhance current SOPs.
– Propose strategic plans for business improvements and take INITIATIVE.
– Anticipate potential problems the agency may face and devise solutions.
– Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
– Make decisions in the CEO’s absence.
– Track finances and performance of the company.
– Monitor overall progress and manage data entry for reporting purposes.
– Maintain the client’s company performance tracker.
– Identify bottlenecks in the client’s company and propose solutions.
– Handle client-facing activities, including meetings, onboarding, and reporting.
– Train the team effectively.

Requirements:
– Proven experience managing a start-up agency or a similar situation.
– Experience working with international clients.
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– A “can do” attitude and a passion for research.
– Proficiency in all Google workspace apps, Trello, Slack, etc.
– Knowledge of how to use Wise Business (needed for handling payments).

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
– Zapier and GoHighLevel (GHL)
– Facebook Ads
– Looker Studio
– Transcriber/recorder software for meetings

Location: Fully remote
Work Hours: Daytime in Philippine time. 9am to 6pm
Starting Rate: PHP 35,000 with increase after 3 months depending on performance OR 20% of the revenue generated in fulfillment per client. Whichever is higher.

Note: This job has the potential to reach up to 200,000/mo or way more as it will be commission based in the future.
