At Cooper, we are testing the boundaries of AI in education and building AI-powered education tools. Our first product is , a platform that allows students and adult learners to upload any textbook or class material and instantly generate practice test questions based on the content.

Role details

We are looking for a Founding Marketing Lead with startup growth experience to join our team to help us scale top-of-funnel initiatives. We’re seeking someone with consumer SaaS marketing experience who can function both at a macro & micro level — to build out our marketing strategy and help drive execution. You will work hand in hand with the CEO every step of the way in growing our customer base. Join our talented team and help shape the future of education.

Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Strategy: Spearhead the top-of-funnel marketing strategy to drive lead generation, and work directly with the CEO.
Marketing Channels: Take over and optimize existing channels like Google/Meta ads and explore new avenues to increase top-of-funnel leads.
Partnerships and Affiliates: Identify, lead, and facilitate to drive growth both at a larger national and also local scale
Creative: Own all creative direction for ads. Identify, develop and/or manage the creation of a variety of content types (written, videos, presentations, etc.) as needed to fuel sales and marketing success
SEO and CRM: Oversee (or lead if you’ve done this) contractors who are owning SEO and retention marketing
Team Development: Grow into a player/coach role as the marketing function expands.
Data Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Share executive summary on monthly basis on digital presence and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in consumer and growth marketing
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to operate autonomously and build a marketing function from the ground up
Bonus: Product marketing experience
Bonus: Previous experience at a high-growth startup

Compensation
Cash: Php 55,000-85,000/month
