Static Image/Graphic Design Specialist

We are looking for a talented and creative Static Image/Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be creating high-quality, engaging graphics primarily for our social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, as well as digital ads. As well as designing highly engaging email campaigns on Klaviyo.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and create eye-catching, engaging static images and graphics that align with our brand aesthetic and message.

Collaborate with our Head Creative and marketing team to ensure designs meet business objectives and are delivered on time.

Understand and apply our brand guidelines into your designs to maintain a consistent brand identity.

Stay up-to-date with design trends and constantly bring fresh ideas to the table.

Provide all graphics in the required formats and sizes for different platforms.

Effectively incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.

Assist in developing creative strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:
A strong portfolio of static graphics, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of current design trends.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
Understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements, specifically Instagram and Facebook.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with e-commerce or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take initiative on new projects.
Open to receiving constructive criticism and improving based on feedback.
