Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize expertise in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to conduct both Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA).
– Demonstrate a strong understanding of multivariate statistics and psychometric principles, particularly in the domain of personality assessment.
– Apply advanced statistical techniques beyond SEM, including regression analysis, MANOVA, and principal component analysis.
– Proficiency in statistical programming using software such as IBM AMOS, R, SAS, SPSS, or Mplus, with a focus on performing SEM.
– Handle data preparation, cleaning, and management of large datasets with efficiency and accuracy.
– Apply mathematical foundations including linear algebra, calculus, and probability to support statistical analyses.
– Provide expertise in research design and methodology, particularly in the context of psychological or organizational research.
– Interpret and communicate statistical findings effectively to stakeholders with varying levels of statistical understanding.

Qualifications:
– Structural Equation Modeling (SEM): Expertise in SEM, including Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA).
– Multivariate Statistics & Psychometrics: Strong knowledge of multivariate statistics and psychometric principles, particularly in personality assessment. Deep understanding of multivariate statistical techniques beyond SEM, including regression analysis, MANOVA, and principal component analysis.
– Statistical Programming: Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., IBM AMOS, R, SAS, SPSS, Mplus) that is capable of performing SEM.
– Data Handling: Skills in data preparation, cleaning, and handling of large datasets.
– Mathematical Foundations: Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
– Research Methodology: Familiarity with research design and methodology, particularly in the context of psychological or organizational research.
– Standardized (or Z-) scores and centile scores
