Stats Article Researcher and Writer

Do you have great attention to detail, existing writing experience, and love quoting statistics in day-to-day conversations?

Then, this researcher and writing role is for you.

If you can write in proper English and follow instructions properly, then this job is for you.

Here are the key responsibilities you’ll undertake in this role:

1. Curate 5-8 curated industry reports per month on a diverse range of subjects (from Web 3.0 to content marketing to digital sustainability and the like). These are your typical “stats” articles such as “content marketing stats”, “freelance writing stats”, and the like. Example: Click to view/freelance-statistics/
2. Put your Google research skills to the test by finding the latest research conducted by third parties (for example – you’ll do commentary on the current state of the creator economy by finding surveys, studies, statistics, and the like using Google)
3. Differentiate between original research and secondary sources. Then quote original sources in your writing exclusively
4. Find visuals and take screenshots from original research, add them to your article, and design complimenting original branded graphics for your article using Canva
6. Collaborate remotely with an editor to polish your writing for clarity, simplicity, and elegance
7. Work on leading industry tools such as Surfer SEO to optimize the articles for SEO
8. Upload the article in the WordPress dashboard using the Mammoth WordPress plugin
