Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The Outreach Coordinator will play a critical role in expanding our reach, building partnerships, and engaging with our audience through various outreach channels primarily including email and social media.

Responsibilities:
– Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations and influencers.
– Plan and execute email and social media outreach campaigns.
– Create compelling outreach materials and content.
– Monitor and track outreach efforts, analyzing their effectiveness.
– Build and maintain a database of contacts and potential collaborators.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with overall goals.
– Stay current with industry trends and best practices in outreach and engagement.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in outreach coordination or a related role.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
– Proficiency in email outreach software and social media platforms.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and contact management.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and optimize outreach strategies.

Preferred Skills:
– Experience with outreach tools and platforms (e.g., GMass, social media messenger, etc.).
– Graphic design skills for creating outreach materials.
– Ability to craft persuasive and engaging outreach messages.
– Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

– Be 18 or older
– Ability to multitask
– Ability to work independently and alongside other interns and simultaneously work toward many of the organization initiatives – at once
