DropCommerce is growing fast and the opportunity for growth is huge as we scale up our company!

We’re looking for a passionate self starter for our Store Design Specialist role. DropCommerce offers products called prebuilt stores. These are pre designed stores that have been filled with DropCommerce sourced products. We are looking for a new team member with experience in Shopify stores and design to take on this role.

A great candidate will be passionate about the tech industry, interested in ecommerce, and have a passion for design.

Responsibilities Include:

Building out variations of Shopify stores utilizing DropCommerce products and suppliers
Working with our team to maintain our prebuilt stores, ensuring they are up to date with the latest products
Design and build premium stores with unique branding and name, based on available domains on GoDaddy
Assist with any customer inquiries into prebuilt store sales.

Skills Required

Fluent and strong English
Experience with Shopify
Experience with designing online stores or websites
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and
Ability to stay calm during stressful situations, turning customer complaints into positive experiences
Basic proficiency with computers and websites
Coding / software skills not necessary, but being tech-savvy is required

Position would be 40hrs/week 9-5pm PST / GMT-7
