Store manager shopify

I am looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager who is willing to take on a wide range of tasks. Initially, these tasks will vary, but as the team grows, these tasks will be divided. At that point, the Store Manager will take responsibility for overseeing the team and micromanaging.
My vision is to scale my shopfiy brand to €400k months, I am currently in the men’s clothing niche and am seeing really good potential within that niche. In order to do this I am in need of a team that is all working towards the same vision and excited about the vision so that we can hit these goals while all being hyped about it.
Responsibilities:
– Closely monitor orders and shipments, including requesting updates.
– List products on the website and other platforms such as Shopify.
– Track and resolve order issues in collaboration with customer service (CS).
– Maintain contact with suppliers and ensure smooth communication.
– Manage a team and oversee all aspects of the business.
– Use DeepL for translations.
– Use Discord for internal communication.
– Manage company documents and communications via G Suite.
Requirements:
– Extensive experience managing multiple people. (MUST)
– Experience with all facets of business, from logistics to customer service.
– Experience with Shopify and managing an online store. (MUST)
– Experience with dropshipping and its specific challenges. (MUST)
– Experience in communication with suppliers, both local and international. (MUST)
– Familiarity with DeepL for translations and Discord for team communication.
– Familiarity with G Suite for document management and business communication.
– Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. (MUST)
– Flexible and able to switch between different tasks and responsibilities. (MUST)
