About the Role:

This is a fully remote position.

We are looking for an experienced storytelling video editor who can assist in the editing of video (short form for IG Reels/YT Shorts/Tiktok and long-form content) for our clients. The goal of the videos are to increase retention and engagement with your creative video editing skills.

You will connect with real estate agents, real estate teams, and brokerages.

Ideal Candidate:

– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize high-value tasks on the fly
– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other video editing software
– Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual storytelling techniques
– Proofreads any text on the screen for typos
– Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality videos
– Experience with sound design, color correction, and audio editing
– Attention to detail as a superpower
– Exceptional verbal communication skills
– Driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a fantastic work ethic
– Meet and exceed monthly quota and KPIs
– Ability to accommodate 7 AM to 3 PM PST

Experience:
– Video editing: 1 year (Preferred)
– Additional knowledge Google Workspace, Slack, Asana: 1 year (Preferred)
