STR Guest Support VA

Hi! We are looking to add a Short Term Rental Guest Support Specialist to our team. Start date would be ASAP with a 2 month paid trial period. We are self-managed and have a growing portfolio of 9 properties. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn, grow with us and would like to succeed together. Responsibilities:
Communicate with guests through our property management system (OwnerRez and Hospitable)
Answer questions from current, incoming, and inquiring guests
Ensure all guests have received directions and their access codes prior to arriving at the property
Respond to guests requiring assistance gaining access to the property
Manage the cleaning and supplies
Review cleaning schedule on a daily and weekly basis
Verify cleaners arrive by noon local time daily
Verify that every booking has made it to cleaner’s schedules
Manage supplies and reorder when needed
Manage early check-in requests, including billing, cleaner/pool maintenance notification
Process all resolution claims through OwnerRez, Airbnb, or security deposit deductions
Coordinate property maintenance and communicate with vendors
Monitor battery levels (locks and cameras)
Monitor propane tank levels
Email management: organize emails, create priority items
Preparing monthly owner reports
Ad-hoc data entry projects
Marketing: Instagram posts, reels and stories
Marketing: Facebook ads and posting in market-specific groups to advertise to travelers

Requirements:
Strongly prefer previous Airbnb call center experience and knowledge of Airbnb policies
Prior experience in guest support and hospitality
Very strong written and spoken English language
Extreme attention to detail
Outstanding customer service
Excellent typing including speed and accuracy
Ability to problem solve
Read critically
Able to multi-task and see each task to completion.

Ability to work with multiple technology platforms like Google Drive, Clickup, Google Docs, Google Sheets, OpenPhone, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Airbnb, VRBO, Canva, Instagram, Facebook

Hours needed: Shift begins at 7am EST and is FULL time. Off days: Wednesday and Thursdays
Pay begins anywhere from $4-$5/hour and will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.
