Job Title: Short-Term Rental Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven, and customer-centric Short-Term Rental Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proficient in using HostAway, Airbnb, VRBO, and other major hosting platforms. As a key player in our team, you will ensure seamless operation of our short-term rental offerings, guaranteeing exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage listings on HostAway, Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term rental platforms.
Ensure accuracy of all online information and manage real-time updates.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and alterations effectively and efficiently.
Respond promptly to guests’ inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with cleaning services to ensure properties are ready for each guest.
Oversee and resolve any issues or complaints during guests’ stay.
Generate performance reports using hosting platform analytics and make data-driven decisions for optimizing listings.
Stay current with all platform updates and policy changes.
Collaborate closely with the team to continuously improve operations and guest experience.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing short-term rental platforms such as HostAway, Airbnb, VRBO, and others.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software.
Familiarity with property management laws and regulations is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure and respond to urgent situations effectively.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
