Become Our Listing Luminary:
As our Online Travel Agency (OTA) Specialist, you’ll craft engaging, data-driven narratives for platforms like Airbnb, , Vrbo, and Google Travel. Your mission? To create listings and descriptions that not only stand out but also resonate deeply with potential guests, making them eager to book their next adventure with us. Help optimize listings from titles to keywords and amenities. Recommending new photos at listings or adding amenities for our owner relations team to sell those upgrades to the property owners.
This role is central to our team, reporting directly to our Revenue Management Director. You’ll need a sharp eye for detail and a creative spirit to ensure our listings are not just seen, but loved.

– Platform Pathfinder: Master the nuances of various booking platforms to maximize visibility and appeal. Learn and help us implement complete and accurate listings across all channels – more than just using our PMS.
– Listing Architect: Use your verbal and visual talents to bring our properties to life, ensuring every listing captures the heart and imagination of travelers.
– Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with our enthusiastic team across Colorado and the Philippines to enhance our collective success.

What You Bring to the Table:
– Expertise in crafting enticing and clear listing descriptions and captions.
– Experience with Guesty or hostfully is a plus
– Ability to prompt ai like chat gpt or Gemini well to help aide everyday tasks but not making everything sound like ai
– Marketing savvy, with an ability to see through the eyes of our guests.
What this job is not:
This is not a customer service role. Not interacting with guests. Not doing maintenance dispatch. Not dynamic pricing or revenue management. Not disputing reviews or dealing with insurance claims. Not coordinating with our cleaners.
What this job is:
This is a specialized role. Being responsible for the accuracy of our listings and attracting the most bookings possible. Build relationships with our OTA reps from BDC, Airbnb, VRBO, Marriott, and Guesty. Stay up to date on the latest feature releases, updates, and strategy shifts of marketing and distributing our listings.
Position Pay and Logistics:
Working hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday, Denver, Colorado, USA time zone.
Starting Pay: $950 USD per month. Paid 2x per month via our Global HR Software (Rippling).
