Job Title: Revenue/Pricing Manager, Data Analyst, Revenue Assistant
Company: Sure Home Stays; international hospitality brand active in 13+ cities.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed our projected revenue goals.
+ Analyze data to optimize pricing strategy and maximize revenue for property owners and the business (using Pricelabs, Guesty, Keydata, Airbnb rule sets, markups, and AirDNA)
+ Maintain and update spreadsheets and other organizational tools to track pricing trends, pacing, occupancy, and discounts
+ Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
+ Collaborate with the Revenue Director to analyze trends, pacing, competitor pricing, historical data, and market data to optimize pricing strategy for our properties
+ Utilize AirDNA, PriceLabs, and Keydata to effectively manage pricing for short-term rentals and maximize revenue for the company and property owners
Requirements:
+ Excellent data analysis skills
+ Proficiency in using a variety of software and tools, as mentioned above
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Proficiency in using software and tools such as , Excel, PriceLabs, and Keydata
+ Ability to create and implement processes and procedures for seamless workflows
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work part-time approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, must be available on Fridays at 12 pm CST for weekly revenue meeting
+ Proven experience in a similar role or relevant field
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
