Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Support: Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses, managing receipts, and reconciling financial transactions related to STR properties.

2. STR Management: Assist in managing and optimizing STR property listings on various platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) to increase occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.

3. Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience.

4. Reservation Management: Coordinate bookings and ensure calendars are up-to-date across all STR platforms to avoid double bookings and maximize occupancy.

5. Pricing and Revenue Management: Assist in analyzing market trends and adjusting pricing strategies to achieve competitive rates and maximize revenue.

6. Property Maintenance: Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and equipped with necessary amenities.

7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing key performance metrics, financial data, and occupancy rates to aid in decision-making and strategy development.

Requirements:

Basic Accounting Skills: Proficiency in basic accounting principles, including financial record-keeping and familiarity with accounting software.

STR Experience: Strong knowledge of STR operations, platforms, and industry best practices.
