Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, support our short-term rental operations, and lead our marketing initiatives on social media and other platforms. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the management team.
Handle email correspondence and phone calls, responding promptly and professionally.
Assist with booking and reservation management, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
Coordinate maintenance and cleaning schedules with contractors and vendors.
Maintain and update property listings on various short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, ).
Guest Relations:

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage guest reviews and feedback, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of guest communication strategies.
Marketing and Social Media:

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote properties and engage with potential guests.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
Assist in creating and distributing email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
Other Duties:

Perform other administrative and marketing tasks as needed to support the team.
Continuously improve processes and suggest innovative solutions to enhance productivity and guest experience.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of property management software and online booking platforms.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
