Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, managing and nurturing these relationships.
Understand and analyze client needs on a deeper level, beyond the surface, to offer tailored insurance solutions.
Manage and resolve client issues with a sense of urgency and hustle, employing both known strategies and creative problem-solving when no clear-cut solutions exist.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all client interactions are documented.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes to better serve clients and offer up-to-date solutions.
2) Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry or hospitality industry
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to understand and articulate client needs effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to tackle challenges through both traditional and innovative approaches.
Highly responsive and committed to acting with a sense of urgency and hustle.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
