Position: Senior Executive Assistant
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

As a key asset in the early stages of our company’s growth, you’ll manage executive assistant duties and contribute to seamless coordination, scheduling, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead multiple projects as assigned by the CEO
• Make executive decisions for the organization
• Provide executive and personal assistance, including project coordination, organizing the CEO’s schedule, and handling personal tasks
• Efficiently track ongoing projects and remove bottlenecks to ensure completion
• Oversee and manage online bookings through web-based software
• Assist with social media management, purchasing, and various common executive assistant tasks
• Conduct research and prepare information to support business opportunities
• Suggest and prepare ideas for business improvement

Key Projects:

Organize and streamline company acquisition efforts, ensuring effective document management and timely closures
Customize the operations training toolkit based on best practices and tailored to the needs of acquired companies
Manage the recruiting process for new hires, including candidate screening and selection

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a high-level executive assistant role
• Ability to commit to a minimum 12-month term
• Capable of meeting 1-1 with the CEO during North American work hours at mutually agreeable times
• Proficient in managing up, staying organized, and collaborating seamlessly across different time zones
• Outstanding Organizational Skills
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency
