Job Description: I am seeking a Strategic Communications Manager to oversee all aspects of my personal professional branding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic communications, public relations, and business development, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Media and Public Relations:
o Develop and execute media strategies to secure press coverage.
o Secure and prepare for interviews, podcasts, and media engagements.
o Write and distribute press releases and media pitches.
o Build and maintain relationships with media contacts.

2. Network Expansion and Collaboration:
o Identify and connect me with industry influencers, potential collaborators, and decision-makers.
o Develop and maintain a robust network of professional contacts.
o Facilitate introductions and collaborations that align with my professional goals.

3. Professional Associations:
o Research and identify relevant professional associations for me to join.
o Manage membership applications and renewals.
o Coordinate my participation in association events and activities.

4. Awards and Recognitions:
o Research industry awards and recognitions suitable for me.
o Write and submit award applications on my behalf.
o Track and report on award submissions and outcomes.

5. Board Seats:
o Identify and pursue opportunities for me to secure board seats on nonprofit, for-profit, and charitable organizations.
o Prepare me for board interviews and presentations.
o Network with key stakeholders to facilitate board placements.

6. Event Recommendations:
o Research and recommend relevant conferences, webinars, and other events that align with my professional goals.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or business development.
• Skills:
o Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
o Strong media relations and networking abilities.
o Proficiency in using social media platforms and media monitoring tools.
o Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in personal branding and executive positioning.
• Established media contacts and industry connections.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana).
