Your Mission: To drive the growth and success of our clients’ paid digital media advertising allowing them to have more profit, freedom and impact.

About the role:

Full-time position – working remotely.
Australian working hours with flexibility.
Generous salary of AUD $2000 – $2600/month (dependent on experience) PLUS performance based bonuses.
20 days of paid leave per year.
Currently focussed on Meta advertising with supporting campaigns on Google/Youtube and a desire to expand to TikTok and Pinterest in the future.
You will initially be looking after 5 brands in beauty, jewellery and homewares for clients based in Australia, the USA and Canada.
Excellent learning & growth opportunity as you will be working directly with the CEO and have a key role in growing the business and team.

Your Responsibilities:

You will spearhead and manage our clients’ digital advertising strategy and campaigns; consistently growing revenue and meeting core KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC etc.
Your primary focus is strategic and creative such as coming up with campaign strategies and ideas for creatives such as videos, images and copy hooks and angles. But you must also be able to implement these ideas including account and campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.
You will collaborate with the rest of the Growth Team to come up with ideas for improving clients’ results in all areas such as offers, landing pages, funnels, email campaigns etc.
You will continuously track and report on performance metrics, provide insights and recommendations to the team and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve the best results.
You will collaborate with and oversee other digital marketing specialists including briefing copywriters, creatives, developers and other media buyers when required.
You will leverage AI and other cutting edge tools to achieve maximum performance and efficiency.

About your skills:

At least 3 years experience managing paid digital media campaigns for ecommerce with the following criteria:
Managed $250k+ in ad spend over the course of your career.
Managed daily budgets of $500+ per account.
Proven track record in scaling and delivering consistently high ROAS. Case studies required.
Demonstrated ability to develop campaign strategies and come up with innovative ideas for creative and copy.
Bonus points if you have experience in the following categories:
Female oriented products such as beauty, jewellery & fashion
The bulk of your experience has been on Meta with experience on other platforms highly advantageous.
Experience in creating and optimising offers, landing pages and funnels from a strategy perspective (you don’t need to be able to design, code or build).
Proven track record of building exceptional client relationships and providing outstanding service.
Native or C level English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Copywriting training/experience advantageous but not essential.
Competent with Google Sheets and/or MS Excel for analysing and creating reports.
Have had some experience utilising AI tools in your workflows.
Knowledge of WordPress and Shopify is advantageous.
