Strategic Financial Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Coordinator skilled in the Profit First methodology and The Blueprint Model from Master Your Money to play a vital role in our education company. This position requires close collaboration with our leadership, specifically through one-on-one meetings, to ensure our financial strategies are personalized and closely aligned with our business goals. You will be instrumental in applying these financial frameworks to enhance our financial health and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with the business owner in one-on-one settings to tailor and implement financial strategies based on the Profit First methodology and The Blueprint Model.
Manage and ensure the accurate application of the Profit First system, prioritizing profitability and sustainable financial practices.
Utilize The Blueprint Model to inform and structure our financial management processes, including pricing, budgeting, tax planning, and account organization.
Perform thorough financial analysis and transaction reconciliation, ensuring adherence to our chosen financial frameworks.
Lead financial strategy discussions in one-on-one and group settings, offering insights and adaptations of the Profit First and Blueprint Model principles to our unique business context.
Track and manage revenue streams from our educational products, aligning financial reporting and management with the frameworks’ principles.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation, ensuring transparency and accessibility in line with our financial systems.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in financial management or accounting, with specific expertise in Profit First and The Blueprint Model.
Strong capability in analytical thinking, financial software, and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effective one-on-one collaboration.
Keen ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
A commitment to ongoing financial education and the integration of innovative financial management practices.
Preferably, experience in the education or coaching sectors.
Desirable:

Certification or significant training in Profit First and The Blueprint Model methodologies.
Experience with direct financial consulting or coaching individuals or small teams.
