The Opportunity:
Lead our financial initiatives and become the go-to expert in QuickBooks Desktop. We’re looking for a smart, hungry individual to join us and, over the next few years, become the top 0.1% in revolutionizing financial operations in multi-family offices.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform precise bank reconciliations and manage financial transactions using QuickBooks Desktop.
– Utilize cutting-edge tools like Transaction Pro for seamless importing and organization of financial data.
– Explore and recommend additional solutions or software to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
– Provide expert support in navigating QuickBooks and maintaining accurate financial records.
– Collaborate with the team to implement new solutions and technologies.

Qualifications:
-Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop with specialized expertise in manufacturing or wholesale distribution.
– Familiarity with tools such as Transaction Pro for importing data into QuickBooks.
– Strong understanding of US CPA and accounting rules.
– Ability to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships within the team.
– A proactive mindset towards implementing new solutions and technologies.
– Extensive Focus on QuickBooks Desktop Manufacturing Edition for E-commerce.
– Ideally, possess 5 years of experience in QuickBooks DESKTOP.

Schedule:
This is initially a part-time position, with flexible hours to accommodate your work-life balance. The role has the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
