Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning and Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in developing a 12-month comprehensive business plan, including detailed financial models and cash flow forecasts, to support our growth and new property developments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust background in financial analysis within the property development or related sector.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine a 12-month strategic business plan, focusing on expansion and new development opportunities.
• Construct detailed financial models to forecast ROI, profitability, and cash flow for upcoming projects.
• Analyse market trends and investment opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide analytical insights and support in decision-making processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders to illustrate the company’s strategic direction and financial status.
• Continuously improve financial analysis tools and practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modeling, business plan development, and strategic analysis, preferably in the property development industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in setting and managing KPIs/OKRs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable way.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
