Job Description

We are a team of eCommerce entrepreneurs recruiting a Recruitment Strategist to join us. We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, and bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

We are extremely motivated and very team-oriented with a sort of teal business structure (google if needed). Our culture is our biggest strength and it’s important that we recruit like-minded people. We value travel, being conscious, human development, team development, and freedom 🙂

Our core competency is the ability to create and launch new product brands in a wide selection of product markets quickly and inexpensively. Our product formulation team is one of or perhaps the best in the USA.

We are significantly increasing the scale of our creative agency to support our different health and wellness product brands as we are currently in the process of refreshing several of them for off-Amazon marketing, scaling all of them, and creating several more brands.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
At least 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Strong LinkedIn recruitment experience
International recruitment experience (with experience using Indeed, Monster, Upwork, etc)
Applicant tracking and candidate relationship management experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
Able to think creatively and design innovative sourcing campaigns
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Can work under pressure to meet established goals and objectives
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good leadership skills

How you will create Value:
Develop specifications and job descriptions for selected positions
Coordinate with technical team leaders/managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Conceptualize and contribute with thoughts on sourcing strategies and methods to be utilized in identifying a qualified candidate
Passive networking & headhunting via various recruitment sites, job board databases, social media, search engines, etc.
Create marketing materials including job ads needed to attract talent to positions
Ensures recruiting processes & resources align with current and future workforce needs
Effectively build and engage with talent communities through various channels
Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
