Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s online presence and driving our social media marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
Identify target audience segments and create strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to maximize our brand’s online presence.
Content Creation and Management:
Create compelling and engaging content for our social media platforms, including posts, videos, images, and infographics.
Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of content.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment of messaging and brand voice.
Community Management and Engagement:
Monitor and manage our social media channels, responding to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Foster meaningful interactions and conversations with our online community, building brand loyalty and customer relationships.
Identify opportunities for user-generated content, collaborations, and partnerships to enhance engagement and reach.
Social Media Advertising and Campaigns:
Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, reach target audiences, and drive conversions.
Monitor and optimize paid social media campaigns, adjusting targeting, ad creatives, and budgets to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance indicators using social media analytics tools.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize social media strategies and content.
Prepare regular reports highlighting key performance metrics, campaign results, and social media trends.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Strong analytical skills to track and interpret social media metrics.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
