Strategic Talent Delivery & Marketing Consultant

Position Overview:

The Strategic Talent Delivery & Marketing Consultant serves as a bridge between CareFix Staffing’ commitment to excellence and our clientele. By ensuring efficient talent delivery paired with resonant marketing strategies, this role is pivotal in enhancing our brand’s presence and fulfilling client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Healthcare Facility/Talent Sourcing & Delivery:

Proactively source healthcare facilities (clients) and candidates (employees) using platforms such as LinkedIn.
Leveraging advanced search techniques to find top-tier talent.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure matched candidates meet client specifications and expectations.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring quick and quality delivery to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative and effective sourcing methods.
Coordinate feedback loops with clients to continuously refine and improve talent matching processes.

Marketing & Brand Amplification:

Strategize and implement marketing campaigns to heighten CareFix Staffing’ brand presence across various platforms.
Oversee the creation of content and promotional material, both online and offline.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, iterating based on data-driven insights.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of industry developments.

Operational Excellence:

Streamline and optimize the end-to-end talent sourcing and delivery processes, from initial sourcing to final placement.
Engage in continuous process improvements, utilizing feedback from both clients and sourced candidates.
Collaborate with HR teams for seamless onboarding experiences for placed candidates.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, ensuring alignment of goals across departments.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Engage in professional development opportunities, ensuring the latest industry best practices are integrated into our operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in talent sourcing, service delivery, and marketing.
Expertise in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Excel/Google Sheets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
