We are looking for a few exceptionally talented individuals who want to jump-start their careers in the tech industry as operators in the Analyst Program for the Startups team at AngelList a leading US technology company.

Position Overview:

This program is a unique opportunity for top-performing candidates either recently graduated or with a few years of experience in a management consulting firms, investment banking or similar level experience who want to fast-track a career at the intersection of startups or financial services. If accepted the program will start with a 2-month paid in person training program in Manila working closely with some of the leadership team at AngelList. Upon successful completion of the training stage, it will transition to a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of this exclusive program, you’ll immerse yourself in a multifaceted role in a small and dynamic team that will be a comprehensive skill-building experience across several business lines including:

Building technical skills working closely with the product development team at a leading US financial software startup
Master the art of customer relationship management and effective communication strategies
Gain fluency in core business and financial concepts
Who this program is for?

We are only considering applicants who are both truly motivated and gifted. We expect less than 1% of the most qualified college graduates to be a fit for this program.

Applicants who are accepted into the program will participate in a full-time, paid two month training course. Upon the completion of the training course, candidates will be assessed for fit as an Analyst on the Startups team based on their performance and exhibited aptitudes.

For candidates who continue to the full-time analyst role, the role is intense and demanding. You can expect it to be on par with the commitment requirements for the most demanding junior roles at startups, investment banking, or management consulting firms.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php150,000.00 – Php175,000.00 per month
