Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate a team of streamers and influencers to effectively promote our company and its products.
Set and track performance metrics for individual team members.
Ensure that all team members meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content consistently.
Actively seek out and recruit new streamers to join our team.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both Tagalog and English, with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated success in managing teams, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong motivational and leadership skills to inspire and drive the team towards success.

Requirements:
Must have own computer
High speed internet
At least college level or graduate.
Proficient in using Excel or Google Forms for data management and analysis.
Minimum of [1] years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of the gaming and streaming landscape.
A proactive and results-driven mindset.
Availability 9 hours a day/ 5 days a week and to work flexible hours when necessary.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
