Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student from any university/college in the Philippines to join our team as a Student Intern – Administrative Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
Perform basic administrative tasks to support the operations of Hermessi.
Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Assist in creating and editing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Google Workspace.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and tasks.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within specified deadlines.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a university student pursuing a bachelor’s degree from any university/college in the Philippines.
Own a computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Have access to a quiet and conducive work environment.
Proficient in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable and committed to meeting job responsibilities.
Available to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
