We are an EdTech Company located in the US and we are looking for a STUDENT SUCCESS COACH to perform a variety of tasks and support for the company’s growth. We’re looking for someone who can add value, make recommendations and most importantly, grow with the company.
This is a full-time and long-term position, your full attention and dedication is highly needed. Must be able to put in your 8 hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST as we are located on the East Coast of the US.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Responsibilities:
Provides assistance to Sr. Student Success Coach create and strategize action plans and projects that will help improve the Student Success structure and workflow.
Manage tracker/monitoring sheets and update them accordingly and in a timely manner (i.e. Roster Monitoring, Leaderboard, YT Credits, 1:1 Support, Correspondences, etc.); also be able to analyze and interpret the data and make recommendations when necessary.
Manage the student success calendar and coordinate the necessary requests to departments involved
Help generate necessary reports that analyzes the data of Student Success
Other administrative duties related to Student Success
Required Skills:
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Advanced research skills.
Must be willing and comfortable to be on camera for Zoom calls throughout the day.
Must have a neutral background when on camera.
Must be able to work from a place with no background noise.
Must be assertive and able to make recommendations.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have a strong desire to learn, grow, and apply newly learned information.
Must have a CSR experience of at least 6 months.
Must have a neutral English accent, VERY IMPORTANT.
With experience in graveyard shift.
Familiarity with Google apps.
Additional Job Details:
Expect you to work at least 40 hours weekly.

Must be willing to learn the business.
You must download Slack.
You will also be using Asana.
