Stratus Financial, LLC is seeking a proactive and passionate Student Success Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is crucial in helping our aspiring student pilots to have the necessary support and resources to successfully manage and finish their program as swiftly as possible. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to making a significant impact on our students’ lives.

At Stratus, we believe in helping aspiring student pilots at all levels of experience and training achieve their dreams of flight. We do this by providing loans at reasonable rates and flexible payment plans to students who want to become pilots, flight instructors, etc.

Our team is driven by a mission to guide our students towards achieving their educational and financial goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor student progress and performance to identify at-risk borrowers and intervene as necessary.
• Conduct random calls to borrowers to check on their satisfaction with our services, address any issues related to their program or payments.
• Collaborate with School Sales and Relationship team to identify underlying issues and devise appropriate solutions.
• Keep up to date with changes in student lending regulations and communicate relevant changes to borrowers.
• Manage case files and documentation accurately and confidentially.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Education or any related field.
• Demonstrated experience in student services, financial advising, or customer support roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Work Hours:
Mondays thru Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
