Studio Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated Studio Manager to join our photography and videography company. Our company mainly services weddings, but also shoots corporate and real estate work. We deal with approximately 70-100 clients a year and have a team of 20+ shooters and editors.

This role requires full-time commitment, and we are looking for candidates who can meet this expectation.

As studio manager, your main responsibilities are to oversee projects of both Captured Frames (wedding business) and Sukasa Films (commercial and real estate counterpart), to service all wedding and corporate clients, and to manage all employees (part-time and full-time).

Your daily task list would include:

SALES
Responding to enquiries
Sending quotes
Organising meetings
Preparing contracts and invoices
Ensuring payments are made on time
Updating pricing and packages

PRE-SHOOT
Booking teams
Booking talents
Organising all shoot details
Making run sheet and briefs
Organise meetings with couples/clients
Organising photoshoots

POST-SHOOT
Paying shooters
Delegating projects to editors
Collating ABIA (Australian Bridal Industry Academy) reviews
Sending out deliverables; ensuring that all wedding and commercial deliverables are sent to the clients in a timely manner
Organising the editing team for proxies, storyboards, wedding videos, etc.
Liaising feedbacks
Archiving videos and project files

ADMIN
Updating parts of the website
Basic bookkeeping
Organising payroll for the full-time team
