Success Manager (USA Short-Term Rental/Airbnb Experience Required | Full Remote |Freelance)
Purpose: As an Onboarding and Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in BoostMyBNB’s growth by effectively onboarding new clients to our platform and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as our client’s primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction and success in utilizing our services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Client Onboarding: –
Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients onto our platform.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor the setup accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to property owners and management companies, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all technical aspects are properly configured and implemented.
Leverage feedback for continuous improvement of the onboarding process.
2. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our services.
Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and high client satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our services.
3. Client Success:
Monitor client performance and usage of our service, identifying areas for improvement and offering solutions to optimize results.
Conduct regular client check-ins to review performance metrics, provide performance reports, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client’s needs, including product enhancements, feature requests, and process improvements.
Assist in developing client success materials such as training guides, tutorials, and best practices. – Solve arising customer problems in a timely manner.
Requirements:
– Fluent in English
– Proven Leadership Skills:
– Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
– Strong decision-making and strategic thinking skills, focusing on achieving organizational goals.
– Excellent communication skills, conveying information clearly and effectively to team members and clients.
-Minimum 2 years of Experience in Vacation Rental/Short-term Rental:
– Proven experience in client onboarding, relationship management, or account management roles within this sector.
-Organizational Excellence:
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with precision.
-Customer-Centric Mindset:
– Proactive approach with a constant focus on client success and satisfaction.
Industry Familiarity:
– Understanding of the vacation rental industry and knowledge of property management systems is a significant advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
– Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and project management software is essential.
