Reporting directly to the Superintendent, the Super Admin is responsible for maintaining clear and direct communication with technicians and their superiors, regularly monitoring their progress and data processing efficiency. The role also includes overseeing and managing scorecards to ensure optimal performance within the team. The Super Admin is instrumental in upholding the company’s core values of ownership, respect, and constant improvement, fostering a culture of precision and accountability.
Outcomes (Within First Six Months):
Ensure 100?curacy and timeliness in job costing data for all managed projects.
Develop and maintain up-to-date schedules for at least 10 ongoing projects.
Complete and update project checklists with no errors or omissions.
Establish a consistent communication protocol with all technicians, ensuring regular progress updates.
Monitor and manage technician scorecards, identifying at least three areas for performance improvement.
Implement a system for efficient data processing and management for project tracking.
Deliver monthly reports on project status, highlighting any critical issues or delays.
Conduct a bi-monthly review of project data for accuracy and completeness.
Achieve a 95% satisfaction rate from Superintendents and technicians regarding administrative support.
Complete a professional development course in advanced project administration or a related field.
