Title: Vietnamese/English Speaking Virtual Assistant (VA) – Immediate Start

Job Type: Part-time, 25+ hours/week
Salary: $2-3/hour

KDJ LLC, a rapidly growing organization, is looking for a talented and dedicated Vietnamese/English-speaking Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team! We are looking for a candidate who is willing to commit to a long-term position and become a valued member of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

-Learning and understanding various online courses, writing comprehensive notes, and implementing the knowledge acquired.
-Watching instructional videos and executing relevant tasks accordingly.
-Building automated machines and systems as needed.
-Supporting the team in a variety of tasks, including research, data entry, and administrative duties.
-Building Online Store

Requirements:

-Must be fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
-Experience with AI and ChatGPT is mandatory.
-Must be available to work 25+ hours per week.
-Experience with Ecommerce
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the long-term success of the company.
-A proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
